Lynn has extensive experience representing and advising municipal governments across a wide range of legal matters and has also prepared and implemented ordinances, resolutions, policies, agreements, and contracts, often coordinating with City, County, State and Federal agencies. She has litigated employment, police liability, land development and administrative appeal cases in State and Federal Courts and also prosecuted drug forfeiture and municipal infraction cases.
Lynn has also presented at several municipal associations and conferences on legal topics including managing community telecommunications challenges, annexation and graffiti regulation, comparative negligence legislation, small cell facilities, first amendment concerns for disruptive meetings and regulating rights-of-way.
